Workshops
One focus of Paradigm Shift Seattle is around teaching and exploring frameworks, in community with one another, through workshops. We design space to unpack, process, and make meaning of topics related to anti-racism, decolonization, and liberation. Topics include, but are not limited to:

Consultation
We partner with leaders to build short term and long term processes that aid in the strategic development of anti-racist policies, systems, and structures. Examples include but are not limited to:

Facilitated Spaces & Conversations
We design spaces for individuals and communities to create inclusive space for equitable solutions to flourish. Examples include but are not limited to:
- Race-Based Affinity Groups
- Healing & Harm Repair
- Equitable Planning Processes & Decision Making
